We had just gone through a 2 month renovation in our home that took 4 months. Our plan in August was to be ready for our Annual Christmas Party/Open House that we have every year, the weekend before Christmas.
We usually run around the week before organizing the last minute details. This year we weren't organized at all because the renovations were delayed. We were trying to get everything back to normal but we ran out of time.
I asked Gord Birkett of Roto-Static Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning on very late notice if there was any way he could fit in a rush job to clean my carpets prior to the party. I know that the week before Christmas would be one of his busiest and that he was probably completely booked.
I can only say that I am extremely grateful to Gord for fitting me in. I want to personally thank you for getting my family room and bedroom carpets looking like new again. They were dry within hours and the rooms smelled fresh.
I appreciate your good work and will highly recommend your services to anyone I know who is in need of carpet & upholstery cleaning, deodorizing etc.

A little over a month ago we were the victims of a spectacular home invasion. The aftermath of which has not completely subsided. Gord Birkett was called to clean up our master bedroom and bath, which was a mess almost beyond description. Blood on thick white carpet we were sure would have to be ripped out. Gord worked tirelessly and as well did the remainder of the rugs which were covered in mud.
The end result was a job second to none. There is absolutely no evidence of the stains on any and all rugs including the master bedroom. To say we were and are impressed would have been an understatement. I commend you and your system as well as the herculean effort of Mr. Gord Birkett.

On two separate occasions I have used Roto-Static Richmond Hill to clean rugs which were very badly in need of maintenance. In both situations I really did not expect to have them looking “like new” when completed. As well both jobs required our complete trust in Mr. Birkett as no one was present when the work was to be performed.
Upon our return to the site I was surprised and pleased to see the rugs looking “like new” and furniture returned to exactly the same place it had been. I could not believe what a good job had been done. Shortly thereafter Mr. Birkett returned our key and checked that the job was satisfactory.

To anyone who has carpet in their home or office,
Several years ago, we converted our basement into a music studio, an exercise room, and an office. Last spring, the "office" part of the basement got flooded.
We fixed the leak, but the smell stayed.
It wasn't "heavy". Sometimes you wouldn't really feel it and other times you would, but you'd never be sure where it was coming from.
And as faint as it was, THAT SMELL SIMPLY DROVE ME NUTS!
That's when I called Gord Birkett of Roto-Static.
Gord came the next morning in his truck, inspected the carpet, gave his diagnosis, received my nod, brought the equipment, and got busy. I don't really know what he did and how he did it, all I know is that it took him about an hour. And within that hour, the odour was completely gone.
My carpet smelled like lemon for a couple of days. And now it smells like brand new carpet. And it sure looks like it too!
Now when I work from home, I find my time in the office the most productive and the environment the most conducive to coming up with creative solutions for my marketing clients.
